Price and validity
PT Sumatra Global Adventure works with both packages and tailor made tours. For us it's very important that you have a good organized and enjoyable tour. For us Indonesia and travel are well connected. Therefor we have a wide range of packages for the islands of Sumatra, Java and Bali. For the client who likes to make an own itinerary, we offer our expertise to make a tailor made tour.

SGA Tours is specialized in personal assistance. According to your wishes we can offer you a tour and within every price range.

All of the prices mentioned are valid until 31 December 2010, unless otherwise mentioned. And subject to change with or without prior notice due to the fluctuation of Indonesia Rupiah exchange rate.

Price included
- Hotel Accommodation based on twin sharing.
- Meals as indicate on itinerary (B=Breakfast) (L=Lunch) (D=Dinner).
- Air Condition coach/car.
- All tours and transfer as mentioned on itinerary.
- Entrance fee and Tour Guide.

Price Excluded
- Domestic and International Airfare
- Airport taxes
- Insurance with all risk
- All personal gratuities, tips

Free Of Charge
One free of Charge (F.O.C) will be applied for Tour Leader with a minimum 16 persons tour participant.

Payment
Settlement of payment is seven (7) days after confirmation, unless there is a prior agreement.

Liability
1. PT.Sumatra Global Adventure(SGA TOURS) and all its representative offices operate tours in the favorable circumstance. We consider safety first, which mean if condition and situation bad (such, rebellion, riots, landslide etc) the tour could be cancelled.
2. If the tour has to be cancelled, we will change the programs after obtaining an agreement with the client supported by a written from both side.
3. If an agreement is unreachable with the customer, PT. Sumatra Global Adventure will charge for the portion of the service with has been given.

Reservation
1. Reservation order have to be sent in writing` by E-mail, Fax or Letter and must be include itinerary, date of arrival / departure, flight detail, type of facility of services, number of person, rooming list (for group)
2. Reservation should be made as earlier as possible. (Earlier reservation will be confirmed earlier).

Confirmation
1. PT. Sumatra Global Adventure(SGA TOURS) will send the confirmation as soon as we get the confirmation from principal (Hotel, Restaurant etc). 2. PT. Sumatra Global Adventure(SGA TOURS) will provide alternative facilities if certain services required cannot be fulfilled.

Cancellation
- In case of package tour cancellation made after confirmation of booking before departure, cancellation fee will be charged
- Cancellation less than seven days before departure will be charge 50% of tour price.
- Cancellation less than seven-two hours before departure will be charged 75% of tour prices.
- Cancellation made at the date of arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee
- No Refund allowed for any land arrangement not utilized

- providing any related services such as: Domestic and International air ticket, Sea / ferry ticket, Tour Guide service and Car Rental.
